Order Processing & Manufacturing:

Once an order is placed on our website, we start the processing within 1-2 days and proceed to manufacturing. Below are the details on our refund and exchange policies at different stages:

Post-Manufacturing Cancellation:

  • Within 2 Days of Order Placement: If you decide to cancel within 48 hours after placing your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 2 Days: Once manufacturing begins, we cannot offer a full refund. A non-refundable fee of 15% will be deducted from your total, with the remainder refunded.
  • Change of Mind After Delivery: If you no longer want the suit post-delivery, we will retain 35% of the purchase amount as a non-refundable fee.

Damaged or Uncomfortable Suit:

If your suit arrives damaged or does not fit comfortably due to our oversight, you have the following options:

  • Full Refund: Receive a 100% refund recognizing our error.
  • Exchange: Request an exchange for a new suit, dispatched within 2 days at no additional shipping cost, and prioritized in our queue. (Recommended)

Return Policy for Sizing Issues

  • Incorrect Size Selection: Suits ordered in the wrong size are non-refundable. We encourage you to review our size guide thoroughly before ordering to ensure accuracy and avoid any inconvenience.
  • Fit Issues: If the suit doesn’t fit as expected, you may apply for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Address Verification:

We strive to verify any discrepancies in shipping addresses. If a wrong address is provided and we cannot confirm the correct details with you, returns due to delivery delays will not be accepted. Errors on our part will result in a choice between a full refund or an expedited exchange (recommended).

Customs Delays:

Customs processes are out of our control, and returns due to customs delays cannot be accepted. We will provide updates and manage any issues from our side promptly.
